Dumbbell bent over rear delt flye ... seriously? a bolj ne znajo zakomplicirat, to ni sam ime to je cel opis v imenu. Sej vajo poznam, sam ta imena morm pa vedno na novo googlat, pa vsakič je mal drugače ... zakaj neb dali dips recimo ime "on arms turned back hanging push up" hahaha ok, ta je bedna, no sam resno :D Trening 6:00 fitnes

+ Ravnokar sem izvedela da je to tudi neke vrste obstoječa dieta, imenuje se protein sparing modifies fast. Bo treba kaj prebrat na to temo.

Zdravnik je rekel počasi stopnjuj. No pa sem danes malo dvignila kilažo. Za določene vaje seveda :D
